KANTHA is a traditional embroidery style originating from Bengal, involving simple, running stitches. The word ‘Kantha’, in fact, means ’embroidered quilt’.This quilt would be used either to sleep on or as a blanket to cover oneself.

My burgundy colour quilt is quilted with aztec pattern thus blending kantha art and navajo look.

This quilted bedspread is made of fine quality cotton fabric with cotton wadding and then lined with soft cotton fabric at the back. Quilting is in classic stripe pattern in tonal color threads.

This traditional beautiful handmade bedspread is durable and comfortable.
Each bedspread is washed and ironed before putting up for selling.
