Policy on Returns & Exchanges     

V Living endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges :-

1. For products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

2. If the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

3. If there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

4. In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.).

 

However, the customer has a right to return a product if

1. The order has been cancelled before the dispatch given dispatch date.

2. The order delivered does not match the item in the order confirmation.

3. The order received has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

 

In all above cases V Living will make full refund

 

RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery

We can't accept returns for:
*Custom or personalised orders
*Digital downloads
*Items on sale

We will accept request return also for orders which were delivered in time , in good condition and as per specifications.
But in these cases we will deduct the shipping cost of delivery and return and refund only the cost of the product returned

If the items is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

REFUNDS:
In case of  request of a cancellation of any order before dispatch – we will make 100% refund within 7 days

In case of returned order – the refund is made after receiving the order back in our studio.
The refund is initiated in 48 hrs but it takes the bank about 3 to 4 days to complete the transaction and show in your account

 

To return or exchange a product :

1. Report the damage in transit and please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 0120 6517990 between 10AM to 7PM IST or email us at contact@vliving.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongly delivered or defective item.

2. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

3. In case of damaged or quality defect goods V Living would need you to provide a photo as proof of damage or any other disruptions in the product and our customer care team will definitely replace the product or provide you with the refund of the product price immediately after the item is received in our studio in India

4. The returned merchandise must be in exact condition as received and the damage incurred within this grace period will be the responsibility of buyer.

5. The product has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.

 

Credit :
V Living also offers an option of store credit / coupon code to purchase any other item you like from the website as an alternative of refund. The store credit is valid upto 30 days from the date it is offered.

This returns policy does not extend to products which are custom produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes; are bought in sale or are purchased with a coupon code.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
